GENERAL INFORMATIONS

• I do prefer to work on resin or resculpted breyer but I still consider working on plastic models (breyer, stones...).

• I do not do first comes first serves, I'll select my favorite projects.

• I don't do resculpt work. 

• I'm working with airbursh, acrylic, pigments and pastels. The model will be sealed with at least 2 layers of matte sealer. I will apply gloss over eyes, nostrils and sometimes mouth line. 

• All work is hand made. It has been live show proven since 2022. My work can still show small bumps or such as any hand work.

• I do offer prepping service.

• I don't do copies of either my own work or other artist's work.

• Commercial commission request can be discussed and priced through Email at sabotsdor.equineart@gmail.com

 

DEPOSIT

• Deposit is required to hold your slot. The deposit is 150€ for a large model and 100€ for a small one.

• Non refundable.

• Buyer will lose the deposit if : they cancel the commission ; don't ship the model in agreed time.

 

PAYMENT METHOD

• Paypal or bank transfer for EU residents.

• Payment in Euro (€).

• Penalties will be applied for delayed payments.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Shipping and customs fees are not included in the price and are at buyer's expense.

TIME PAYMENT

• I offer long time payment if needed. 

• Time payment split in two payments (can be first payment in January and remaining in October for example) get no extra fees.

• Monthly time payment get extra fees.

• Model will be shipped once full payment received.

SHIPPING

• Shipping is to France and from France.

• Model should be shipped as soon as possible once deposit is paid, unless we decided on a different plan. 

• Each model is packed with a lot of care in satin fabric and several layers of bubble wrap. 

• Tracking number is included. Insurance is up to buyer's choice.

• Once the model leaves my hands I am not liable for any damage or loss during transit. I can’t guarantee any repair offer. And I'll not do any refund.

PREPPING

Important note : for models coming to me already with a primer coat/prepping started = there is no guarantee on my paint work. If it cracks or anything else, it would be at your own risk. I only offer guarantee on models fully done with my own products and workflow.

​UNPAID WORK

In the extreme case the work is not paid and there no/bad communication,  the model becomes property of myself. I'll not keep your model for years waiting for a payment.

ALTERATIONS & REPAIRS

• I do not accept any alteration on my paintings. This means nothing should be repainted without my agreement, it even includes using an other sealer on top of mine. For repairs please contact me before doing anything.

• In the case you want to repaint the model, you have to fully destroy my work or it will falls into alterations.
